My name is Ray Hendzel, I have spent thirty-seven years acquiring and developing the skills that I use in my service. I solely perform my consulting service in my home office in Fort Myers, FL.

My thirty-seven years of professional experience has been with the Philadelphia Police Department, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and the City of Sanibel, FL. The strong personal and professional skills that I have developed in case building and case preparation can be transferred to my consulting service.

The case building proficiency that I have acquired during my professional career is a direct result of having conducted thousands of Criminal and Civil Investigations, Interrogations and Interviews. This type of knowledge can only be attained through hard work, dedication and experience.

My Pre-Trial consulting service is intended for attorneys representing persons suspected or accused of criminal or civil allegations. I solely perform my consulting service in my home office in Fort Myers, FL.

I offer my expertise in the assessment on your case to your legal, research and investigative teams. The proficiency that I have acquired in my thirty-seven years of professional experience is in the building quality cases from start to finish.

Usually after a free initial consultation the client will determine if I am to be retained. I will receive a packet from the client containing a cover letter (usually an attorney or law firm) with directions regarding my assignment along with my retainer. Also included in the packet will be a copy of ALL case related documents, reports, interviews, photo's, recordings and discovery documents.

Once the complete packet is received I will conduct an initial thirty to sixty minute free review of the documents. At that time I will contact the client by phone and follow up with an E-mail, placing the assignment on my schedule.

My analysis of your case is intended to offer an independent viewpoint to your teams in their preparation of the case to achieve the best possible outcome for your client. I generate a written analysis based on the professional and personal skills that I have developed, designed and acquired during the course of my career. This type of knowledge can only be attained through hard work and experience.
